I’d never been to Liverpool before Kate & Mikes wedding, it was a busy bank holiday weekend and the city was buzzing. In between the Georgian quarter where Kate and her bridesmaids got ready, to the contemporary arts centre where the ceremony took place, to the docks and the Liver building and the industrial warehouse where their reception kicked off, it was a feast for my eyes and my camera. Full of colour, a giant disco ball, the best massaman curry I’ve even eaten, couple portraits with Jurgen Kloop. The night ended with an epic karaoke session with Kate & Mike blasting out a Johnny Cash, June Carter duet.
